Law Office, Adwokat Adam Dubyna

The office operates since 1990 and from the very beginning of its activity, it has a head office at 34A/16 Wladyslawa IV Street in Gdynia.
In the beginning, it was a consulting office, which in 1996 turned into the Law Office. The Office's Headmaster has come through a 35 years long career, thanks to which he gained a considerable practice and experience in various fields of law and on different occupations.

Advocate Adam Dubyna started his career as a secretary in the former District Court inn Malbork. Then, after having finished the higher education at the Mikolaj Kopernik University in Torun in 1972, he had started to work as a court apprentice. After having passed a judicial examination, he became a Judiciary Assessor, then a District Court Judge to finally occupy a position of a Regional Court Judge. In this first stage of an occupational career, lasting about 14 years, during his practice and a process of gaining a miscellaneous experience, he fulfilled a function of the Department's Chairman and the Court's Chairman.
When adjudicating in the courts of Varmia and Pomerania, he carried out his duties in the fields of civil law, family law, economic law, occupational law, national, penal, and administrative insurance. He officiated as a notary as well.

Next, he turned to consultancy, gaining knowledge and experience in legal advice of various transactors, such as Companies, Departments and Institutions. As a legal advisor, he served inter alia: The Marine Trade Port in Gdansk, Provincial Department in Gdansk, Commune Office in Wejherowo, Vegetable and Fruit Plant in Tolkmick and Kwidzyn, Cooperative Work Societies, “Hale & Targowiska“ Enterprise in Gdańsk, Central Marine Museum in Gdansk, PTWH in Gdansk, The Association of Owners and Administrators of Houses in Gdynia. What is more, the consumer service includes The Polish Allotment Owners Union and residential communities, i.e. “Witawa“ Residential Community and many other.

Moreover, he has taken part in transformational, proprietary and organisational processes of Television Production Plant in Gdansk and other companies.

What is more, the Law Office employs a forensic probationer (soon an advocate), an assistant, and a person responsible for vindication and seizures.

Finally, the Law Office is vested with a rich scientific, commentary and multimedia infrastructure, i.e. an extensive computer application – “LexisNexis – Lex Polonica Maxima“.
